- Non‑delivery: If credits or access were not delivered due to a system error and we cannot restore access within a reasonable timeframe. Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Service not as described: If the purchased package materially differs from its description on the Pricing page. Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase and include details/screenshots.
Not Eligible
- Change of mind after credits have been used or accessed.
- Performance expectations that were not stated in our materials.
- Issues caused by internet/connectivity or device/browser setup.
How Refunds Are Processed
